Bad News Barracudas of Burnaby - completed April 2010
A hard working young team who had a season of bad calls, bad luck and just plain bad news. Their coach wanted to still show his appreciation to the kids and parents for all their hard work by commissioning me to compose this cartoon caricature. The final is poster size (24 x 36) and the whole team has a copy as well as their individual original pen and ink caricatures.

BC Outdoor Fishing 2009

I have done several cartoon pieces for BC Outdoor fishing magazine starting late 2008. My most recent spot ("safety overkill", right) is one of my proudest cartooning works to date having added elements of photo with the cartoon in the shore, the water and even the sky reflecting off o the helmet. I had a lot of fun putting this one together and it's a full page cartoon in their March 2010 issue.

Seafood Junkies

I'm quite proud of this exhausting piece!! It took a couple weeks of many hours but the results are worth it. I used a mix of illustrations colored in Photoshop and some vector graphics. This is a biggie! DEsigned at 36" x 24" for poster size. That makes for very large file size...many thanks to the guy who designed larger storage hard drives:
